The emirate is famous for its developed fishing industry and the manufacture of single-masted Arab dhows, riding on which is the most popular entertainment here.
There is also one nuance here that attracts tourists from the neighboring emirate of Sharjah - alcohol is sold in Ajman. But you are unlikely to see an idly staggering tipsy audience. Muslim country after all!
Ajman is suitable for:

Umm Al Quwain is the smallest emirate. If you wish, you can get around it on foot (length 24 km). And this is the least developed emirate in terms of tourism. There is no active nightlife, shopping malls, no "man-made miracles", but there are pink flamingos and evening crab hunting.
